Who are we?

 

Dr. Jimmy Wu, MD, MPH, ABIHM, is a Clinical Instructor for Santa Rosa-UCSF Family Medicine Program and a lead Physician at Vista Family Health Center. As chair of the planning commitee, he has been a leader in directing the forum to successfully educate and inform local healthcare providers to address the needs to Asian & Pacific Islander community in Sonoma County.

 

Our goals are to:

• Inform professionals about the most relevant challenges facing the Asian/Pacific Islander population in Sonoma County

• To enhance access and quality of health services for the Asian/Pacific Islander community

• To facilitate networking among healthcare and other service providers.
